Jennifer Lacoon (She/Her) is the founder of Culleapo with extensive experience in the field of human resources, organisational development, executive coaching, strategy development, culture planning and leadership transformation.
Jennifer has supported senior leaders and board members as a trusted advisor and partner as a Head of HR aka CPO and specialist in people, leadership, culture and broader workforce matters in both the private and public sectors; higher education, retail, financial services, not for profit, Indigenous organisations, member-based businesses and volunteer powered organisations.
Jennifer’s clients range from small to medium private companies, to large complex organisations.
Jennifer has led high performing teams with experience as a senior leader in complex organisations leading functions and multidisciplinary projects.
Jennifer has worked across all states and territories in Australia with experience in the UK (as a consultant and locum) in both the government and university sectors.
